Running EncyclopeDIA within Skyline

Heya! I have another tutorial I wrote last year. This one is focused on how you would run EncyclopeDIA within Skyline. If you looked at my other EncyclopeDIA with Skyline tutorial, that was written for taking your results from the EncyclopeDIA GUI, an and importing those into Skyline. It was written before the version of Skyline was released that could ran EncyclopeDIA under the hood. If you want your transitions in Skyline to have been specifically selected by EncyclopeDIA, I would run this workflow. The only caveat is that you are limited to a Chromatogram library workflow.
